What problem does this address?

As stated here by @pablohoneyhoney, we can improve how we present the new enhanced mode for the Query loop in the Site Editor (Tracking Issue).

What is your proposed solution?

Here's my proposed solution:

• Remove the “User Experience” dedicated panel, and move this new toggle under Settings.
• Modify the Toggle's description so it’s not a negative sentence. Something like Browsing between pages won’t require a full page reload should be easier to understand.
