Add "clear customizations" action to templates list #36611
Description
In the template editor it's possible to clear customisations made to theme-supplied templates like so:
When the template is reverted a Snackbar appears with Undo affordance:
It would be nice to bring this functionality to the templates list in #36597.
Something like this should do the trick:
