Rendered in an RTL language, the degree symbol of the AnglePickerControl component is misaligned:

I don't read any RTL languages, but from looking at Hebrew Wikipedia pages I'm guessing that the symbol is supposed to remain on the right side. If not, it needs whitespace on the left side.
