Describe the bug
The block movers get a bit funky when the block is set for align-right or align-left. They appear with increased padding?

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an Image block.
2. Set block to align-right or align-left.
3. Observe the block movers and notice the increase in size.

Expected behavior
I expect the block movers to never change size when the block is aligned differently.
