Large data set: A row in the file was not the expected length.

I'm getting the follow error for a file with 9704906752 bytes (errors out after a long while trying to load the data).  I am using RRO 3.2.2 (64 bit) with the latest haven and ReadStat from [this](https://github.com/WizardMac/ReadStat/issues/34) issue.
