sphinx-autoapiをreadthedocs/sphinx-autoapi@823c146が含まれるv3.1.0に上げ、ワークアラウンドを一つ消します。このワークアラウンドは手元でSphinxを動かす際にもいちいちやらねばならず面倒でした。

他のSphinx系のものも一緒にアップデートしようとも思いましたが、どうやら≧Python 3.9が要求されてしまうようなので今回は最低限にしました。
