Summary
Export Qualtrics Deposit Agreement and README responses to JSON files.

Objectives
Files will be stored in METADATA folder as: deposit_agreement_original_<article_id>.json and readme_original_<article_id>.json

Proposal

• Import metadata module in qualtrics
• Write Qualtrics metadata
  • For Deposit Agreement form
  • For README form (original version)
  • Add option to write updated version of the README form (This should happen within the update_readme script and occur if the contents changed)

Testing notes

• Test on production deposits
  • Use one regular deposit (#12904412)
  • Use one that would mirror Space Grant deposits (without readme response)

Additional notes
Recommend holding off until #137 is merged into develop
