• fix for not be able to update corectl tools and App hanging on Quit

Breaking changes:

• user password is not saved to the keychain anymore, it get asked on each App's start, corectld server restart
• corectl files from this version are stored in user's home bin folder e.g. /Users/my_user/bin, which eliminates need for sudo to copy files there.
• please clean up /usr/local/sbin folder from all corectl* files.
• works on macOS Sierra
