v0.1.1 adds support for using arguments when launching games.

Please note if you are upgrading from a previous version, that this release package includes a blank config.py file, and default PSP-list.txt. Either edit it with your information, or remove the unneeded files and add the new emu_args = [] line to your old config.py.
