Description
Add profiles based on CuraLE 4.13.10 for Taz 4, 5, Pro Dual and Pro S models.

Tests
Tested on OEM Taz Pro Dual and Taz Pro S, and equivalent to Taz 4 and Taz 5, which use the same motion system as the Taz 6, but without the wipe/probe autoleveling sequence that was added in the Taz 6. Taz 4 and 5 use completely manual leveling adjustment.
The startup code generated for Pro and Pro S is identical to the startup generated with CuraLE with regards to the wipe/probe sequence which are firmware command calls, with the exception of the temperatures, which are duplicated by comparing filament type, as was done with the Taz 6. Using the nozzle as an electrical contact point remains problematic, but it's the Lulzbot way to avoid adjusting Z offset when quick-swapping toolheads without load cells.
The only feature lost between the OEM-modified CuraLE and OrcaSlicer is toggling the excluded bed area when the second extruder on the dual extruder is used in a print. This has been compensated for with the marked zone on the bed texture image.
