if there's someone else wanting to do them same translation, they can take over from me if needed.
or if a new release is incoming, it's ok to merge the progress first?

I've checked thru everything labeled fuzzy, review/revised and removed the fuzzy tag where I'm confident about the translation.
Now I'm trying to fill out all the missing translations. I'm working backward, currently on L7099
