collision with the bed when a prime tower is used #9435

How to reproduce
This bug appears as soon as the prime tower option is activated
Actual results
When a prime tower is used, the toolhead is lowered before the x and y movements. This results in scratching the bed.
Expected results
It would be better to do the movement in xy and then move the toolhead down
