How to reproduce

I'm attempting to block (auto) supports from being generated for part of the geometry I am trying to print. It works on one plate for one assembly but not on the other one. I have tried to re-create, change, expand, etc. No luck. Supports are generated still all over.

Open the attached project and attempt to slice the plate called "Special Basket" ... supports are being generated.
On the untitled plate, the block cube works.

Actual results

Supports are being generated for (most of) the assembly despite the block cube being in place.

Expected results

No supports are being generated for the assembly where the block cube is in place.

This interestingly works for the second plate (Untitled)... see here:
