`Move`, `Rotate` & `Scale` gizmos not working as expected

Windows 10

### How to reproduce

For the **`Move`** gizmo to affect a selected part, it must be moved by dragging. A simple click is not enough.

### This also applies to **`Rotate`** & **`Scale`**.
