How to reproduce

generate g-code with no sparce layers enabled. (idk if its relevant but first tool to print with is T1)
before toolchange tool will try to move to Z.2

Actual results

tool will crach in to object

Expected results

tool change with no z.2 movement

it seems that with no sparce layers enabled tool wants to move to tower layer hight before any movement
