Custom Printers Missing on Every Other Launch #8094

How to reproduce
- Launch Orca Slicer
- Close Orca Slicer
- Open Orca Slicer again
Actual results
The first time the app is launched, my "User presets" printer list is missing from the drop down on the "Prepare" tab. After closing Orca Slicer and reopening, the "User presets" list is back and so is my Voron preset. This happens consistently every other app launch and has now for months.
Expected results
The "User presets" list should always be present.
Project file & Debug log uploads
There are no logs associated with this issue.

This feels like something that is likely an issue on my end of things, but when I went from 2.1.1 to 2.2 and the issue remained I figured I would at least report it. Seems unlikely that something like this would have gone unnoticed for so long if I wasn't the only person experiencing it.
