How to reproduce

1. Add a cube
2. Slice with auxiliary fan speed 100% and part cooling fan speed 100% always-on
3. see actual speed of part cooling fan is 50%
4. change aux fan to 99%
5. slice
6. see that part cooling fan is not correctly at 100%

Actual results

part cooling fan is capped at 50% for aux fan 100%

Expected results

part cooling fan does not depend on aux fan speed
