Waiting for #28 and #29 to land before merging this into the main PR.

Todo:

include Increment nonce after encrypt / decrypt #33
more coverage (e.g. messages with swapped bytes, wrong length)
make sure to cover message larger than chunk size
drop trailing BIP324 code (after absorbing the useful bits)
adjust to EllSwift after Stratum v2 handshake using EllSwift #28
adjust to Fix certificate generation and validation #29
