Bug: Big libraries make interface unresponsive, initial scan cannot be resumed #313

I'm really enjoying the overall experience that Nora is, but unfortunately, I can't even really get started, as bigger libraries seem to break up Nora.

I have a huge local library consisting of ~180.000 songs. Because that takes multiple hours to be scanned by Nora, I had to quit Nora while scanning last night. Unfortunately, Nora does not resume the scan when loading up again, but considers the library scan to be finished. Even forcing a refresh in settings doesn't 'find' any new folders or files: No more palettes for songs to be generated.
I then have to go to Folders, remove and re-add the folder to start again. While trying that, even getting to the point of being actually able to click and do anything in the interface takes ages, as Nora is freezing, raising CPU usage and won't come back for multiple minutes to show current folders. Once you click on another element in the sidebar and click back to Folders, the same freezing begins. The Songs section is also very slow due to the so far ~25.000 songs I have in the library at this point.

Are there any plans to improve performance, and folder/library handling?
