🐛 Bug description [Please make everyone to understand it]

pixi initialization timeout,my Windows environment uses powershell "Measure-Command {pixi list}" for timing, which takes 0.8 seconds. swanlab\data\run\metadata\requirements.py, line 15. Changing the timeout from 0.5 to 5 can successfully initialize
