If BUILD processes are running in paralle, some processes fail because a process deletes all altcover.runsettings files in another process running.
Example for build on CI server.

So, I think it's better that <AltCoverRunSettings Include="$(VSTestSetting)" /> instead of <AltCoverRunSettings Include="$(TEMP)/*.altcover.runsettings" /> at line:128 on AltCover.targets.

Or, a delete file is switched by the option(like a CI option).
Or, it's made on (AltCoverOutputDirectory ) instead of (TEMP) directory.

Please consider above.
