The decorator
qiskit.utils.deprecation.deprecate_functionhas been deprecated since Qiskit 0.39.0 (released on October 2022, with qiskit-terra 0.22.0) and now is been removed. It was replaced by the more genericqiskit.utils.deprecate_func.
