Unfortunately, the incoming removal of primitives V1 implementations in qiskit 2.0 (Qiskit/qiskit#13877) means that the current neko tests that depend on
qiskit_algorithmswill fail in the test discovery stage. The tests can be returned ifqiskit_algorithmsgets updated.
