Unskip tests once downstream packages update to qiskit 2.0 #54
Description
(PR) skips a series of tests that are incompatible with qiskit 2.0 util the following PRs are merged and corresponding packages released:
- Update BaseEstimator import to support qiskit 2.0 qiskit-aer#2327
- Update use of classes removed in Qiskit 2.0 qiskit-ibm-runtime#2173
- Remove BackendV1 type hints qiskit-ibm-runtime#2172
- Prepare for Qiskit 2.0 by addressing removed classes and methods qiskit-community/qiskit-experiments#1526
- Migration to qiskit 2.0 and integration testing qiskit-community/qiskit-machine-learning#897
Once these conditions are met, the tests should be returned to their state pre-PR
