Describe the bug
Using the InhabitTime filter does not work and selects all chunks instead of least inhabited chunks.

To Reproduce
I've reproduced this bug consistently in both 1.21.4 and 1.21.5 worlds. Restarting application and even my PC had no effect.

• Java version: 21
• Version of MCA Selector: 2.5
