HogQL functions should ignore casing `COALESCE` vs `coalesce`

## Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently HogQL functions need to be camelCased, where's ClickHouse doesn't really care.

## Describe the solution you'd like

`COALESCE` should work the same as `coalesce`.
