#333 introduced a "include" page for some doc pages in the GSDK subfolder, to share some similar content throughout the GSDK pages. Unfortunately, the jekyll plugin does not convert .md to .html for the "include" page, so we have to do it manually.
Opportunistically, this PR fixes some 404 links as well as some text.
