这里的逻辑应该是中间结果用int64存，然后最终结果转成int32，还是保持中间结果也是int32？如果输入中含有接近int32最大值的场景，哪一种比较合适呢？可以跟numpy或者torch对比一下这种场景下的数值溢出情况

这个修改的意图是明确指定 sum 操作的输出数据类型与其输入数据类型保持一致。溢出这一块应该是由开发者处理，框架应该保证正确性（未指定dtype，输入int32，输出int32）
