We should add a way to have a table and filter's state be captured in the URL, presumably the hash, but possible the query string. As well, we should be cognisant that there may be more than one maptable on a page.

The net result is that a user could filter and sort a maptable and then be able to send the link to some one else and they'd see the exact same state of the table.
