But it still needs a release workflow to cross compile libs for every platforms we want to support and then publish the java package to maven public repository.
It's difficult to me now, I'm going to make another issue to keep track with it.

There're 5 tasks

• 1. Rename java test directory 'org.doki23.prql4j'.
• 2. Add a README to describe how it works.
• 3. Rename groupId to 'org.prqllang'
• 4. Add a release workflow to publish the jar to maven.
• 5. Pre-build dylibs for all platforms we want to support.
