Summary

The option secrets-encryption is still gated in the role behind the experimental tag. However per k3s-io/k3s#6581 the flag is no longer experimental. It still shows that in the Server Configuration page but I've confirmed that is just a documentation issue to be resolved k3s-io/docs#76
