Currently find out the licence or to get from the documents to the bug tracker you have to know how to get from readthedocs.io to the correct repo on github. Often the people who would need to review the license would not know how to do this.

1. An actual copy of the licence in an appendix, linked from the ToC would be ideal.
2. Links from ToC or front page to the code repository & issue tracker ideally from the the front page or ToC.
