Describe the bug
Equicord and Vencord seem to have an issue that when you enable a plugin with a patch and hit the restart button it fails to load the modifications back into discord

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to User Settings
2. Click on Plugins from either Equicord or Vencord
3. Enable/Disable a plugin with patches I used AccountPanelServerProfile for this
4. Click the restart button in the Plugins tab
5. check console

Expected behavior
The client modifications to load normally as they would without restarting
