@diizy I have tried to render a project directly from the command-line on linux ubuntu-12.04 i386, but i receive a segfault with the output " QPixmap: Cannot create a QPixmap when no GUI is being used " , this is spewed X3 . I cannot do a gdb backtrace running LMMS with the --render option and when i get a "core" dump file it seems to be a binary ( i can run strace if needed, but this seems like overkill ).
note i can load a project ok from the command-line

I have also read somewhere about the "opacity" flag being a possible cause of this bug too, anyway hope this helps and if you/s need more testing etc let me know .. thanks Mikobuntu
