Similar to #756, this is adding the WEB_CREATOR client.
Allow to load videos with po_token, solution given by @rustynail1984 in #748 (comment)
For the version, I used the one found in https://github.com/gamer191/YouTube-Internal-Clients but I didn't spend time trying to find the very latest version.
