Shows a MuteHashtagConfirmationSheet when muting a hashtag, similar to the MuteAccountConfirmationSheet. This also adds the option for the mute to expire.
Gives the user feedback in the form of a snackbar that the unmuting was sucessful. This is already done for unmuting accounts.

Please blame android studio for the missing commits (apart from the merge one) that for some unknown reason I got too lazy to figure out why they begoned |

Shows a MuteHashtagConfirmationSheet when muting a hashtag, similar to the MuteAccountConfirmationSheet. The sheet contains a new duration option, which will let the mute expire after the chosen duration.
Also adds a snackbar for when a hashtag is successfully unmuted.
