This PR adds the following
.mdfiles:docs/cedarling-getting-started.mddocs/getting-started/javascript.mddocs/getting-started/python.mddocs/getting-started/rust.mddocs/getting-started/kotlin.mddocs/getting-started/swift.mdThe "Getting Started" should be displayed before the "Overview" section
