Describe the bug
I have added the hints property to the dynamic-conf.json, but in the Jans TUI it still appears under the Static Configuration section. This property should be displayed under Dynamic Configuration instead. Please update the TUI to reflect the correct placement of the hints field under Dynamic Configuration

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Jans tui
2. Click on fido2
3. Scroll down to Static Configuration

Expected behavior
The hints option should be displayed under the Dynamic Configuration section, not under Static Configuration
