feat(jans-auth-server): small improvement of ssa doc

It would be helpful if in the description for any Auth Server properties that rely on a certain value of softwareStatementValidationType to add a line to the docs that specifies "Only needed if softwareStatementValidationType="builtin" (or script, jwks, jwks_uri... )
