feat(jans-tarp): refactor tarp to adjust with security changes in chrome browser #11228
Description
There is some security updates in chrome browser which is restricting logout operation using front-channel logout.
The purpose to this GH issue is to use internal chrome.identity.launchWebAuthFlow method for auth code flow and solve logout bug.
