service-status endpoint throwing error "ONLY TOKEN BASED AUTHORIZATION IS SUPPORTED!" and noticed that the authorization header is missing in jans-config-api or correct me if i'm doing something wrong

API - /jans-config-api/api/v1/health/service-status?service=all
Error - ONLY TOKEN BASED AUTHORIZATION IS SUPPORTED!
