Description

There are some cases where we probably shouldn't show a QR code (like when a send already has completed). There are also cases where items that failed show an empty space instead of the code. I also feel like the delete button probably should close the dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send with error (turn off network) and open QR code display.
2. Send and receive but then look at the QR code.
