NOTICE: GitHub PAT may have leaked to Codeberg/Mullvad #2423

Description

@chibigly

Prerequisites
I am not sure, if this is part of an existing bug, but by looking up "codeberg" or "401" in the issues tab, I found none which describe this behaviour.

Describe the bug
Of my 43 apps (yes, I hoard) I installed/updated via Obtainium, 4 apps stem from Codeberg repos. Obviously, installing/updating them worked fine before.
Since today, when reloading the obtainium app, an error message appears: "Error 401: [insert all my apps from Codeberg here]". All others are fine, I even was able to update another app (which is not from Codeberg).
EDIT: I also tried to add another Codeberg app, but I still got an error and could not add it.
EDIT 2: now I get another error message: "Connection refused [Apps here]". The suspicion below by @Deadalusspacegames seems like a good lead. Could not yet reproduce it, though.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the app with installed Codeberg apps.
  2. Reload it.
  3. Error message appears.

Screenshots and Logs

Please complete the following information:

  • Device: Samsung Galaxy A35 5G
  • OS: Android 15
  • Obtainium Version: v1.2.0

Additional context

We have found a work-around, see here.
