Describe the bug
The tick mark to confirm the colour you want to use when not running material you theme is impossible or very hard to click. As a result one is unable to change the colour from the default purple to something else.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Disable material you theme.
3. Click on the coloured circle to bring uo the colour palette.
4. Pick a colour.
5. Try to click the tick mark on the top right of colour palette dialogue box.
6. It is impossible to confirm the colour you chose.
