Steps to reproduce:

1. At the end of a really long day, keep working.
2. Log your hours/report and fill out the comment field.
3. Aim for Save Changes, click on Delete by mistake, lose your last log entry.

Hand tremors + fatigue != super-coordinated end user. ;) So, my bad. But if you could save me from myself, it would be super. Perhaps:

• Move the buttons in question so that they are further apart, OR
• Add a keyboard shortcut for Save Changes, OR
• Add an 'undo'/'recover' option, OR
• Prompt the user for confirmation, OR
• Something else
