Repro:

1. Use thumbstick such as on TWCS throttle, does not repro with T16k stick (Maybe because stick throw too large, cannot move from full right to full left quick enough?)
2. Hold stick so cursor is moving right, then snap very quickly to full opposite direction - cursor moves left very slowly or not at all
3. Interestingly, if you then slack off to half deflection, it starts moving quickly
4. Invert is irrelevant - only happens when cursor is moving left or up (ie does not matter if thumbstick left moves cursor left or thumbstick right moves cursor left, only happens when cursor moving left)
5. Repros with only one A2D plugin, only needs X or Y, does not need both
