This pull request adds support for AWS Direct Connect resources in Terraformer, The following resources have been implemented:
1. aws_dx_gateway: Direct Connect Gateways.
2. aws_dx_private_virtual_interface: Private Virtual Interfaces.
3. aws_dx_public_virtual_interface: Public Virtual Interfaces.
