travis-ci.org has been shut down. We need to migrate the docs and clang-tidy checks to GitHub Actions. |

I think we might not be testing the Python part / examples on GHA, too. I've activated travis-ci.com for now, but I expect we will likely burn through the free credits very quickly. |

We should drop modernize-use-trailing-return-type, it's not really very helpful. |
