How do I install these manifests?

After manifests have been committed and pushed, run the following:

scoop bucket add friesi23-bucket https://github.com/FriesI23/scoop-bucket
# scoop install friesi23-bucket/<manifestname>

# install
scoop install friesi23-bucket/mhabit
# or
scoop install friesi23-bucket/mhabit-beta
