This Qgis-plugin implements a function to make a bitmap copy of the current map canvas and place it in the clipboard.

It works by cliking on the associated button looking like this: or by using the keyboard shortcut: "Alt+C"

After invoking the function You can directly copy the map to ex. MS-Word by activating MS-Word and use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+V"
